Those that are members of La Boule Rose only (and hence the FPUSA) can participate in all FPUSA Competitions, La Boule Rose Competitions and 3 PPC competitions.
Associate Members of the PPC will also have the rights to participate in all their other Competitions as well as practice on their grounds whenever they wish.
